Season 3 Episode 8 - The Hope: Psalm 116:3-4 As we reach the end of our season on Suicide and Hope, we still urge those who are depressed and are thinking of suicide to seek professional help. You must remember that you are loved by your family and friends and you matter to them. This season has been filled with content to help and encourage you. However, I leave you with hope. Hope in God and hope in our lives, for God knows our every struggle and with us as we walk that journey. The cords of death entangled me, the anguish of the grave came over me; I was overcome by distress and sorrow. Then I called on the name of the Lord: βLord, save me!β Psalm 116:3-4 Call out to God for help!
