What is the main topic discussed in this episode?
Thor voice eye directly integrates into the into the network. Every call can pass through Thor directly. There is no app required. Voice uh and AI again in a in a new uh shape or form now is the time.

Thanks, Tara. Glad to be here.
Yes. Okay, yeah. So we spoke a lot uh about AI, you know, um in and the knowledge graph and stuff in our last meeting. So but uh this time around we see a different topic and I think this is really interesting. So we we wanna talk about uh the Thor Voice AI. Okay. So uh you know, so we want to know how does this service, the Thor uh voice AI, embed real time AI assistance directly into live phone calls as a network native service and how does it integrate with existing IMS, OSS, BSS and CRM systems?
Exactly, yes. That's an excellent question. So the the point is and I think that that's uh new and really important um uh in in the current uh uh day and and time right now. So Thor Voice eye directly integrates into the into the network. So it doesn't sit on top of it like the the OTT providers, like um like they they put their their

app if you so will on top of the then and the network but voice AI Thor voice AI sits directly in the network so um every call can pass through Thor directly there is no app required there's no new number you don't have to install anything so whenever you have a phone call and you as a telco provider you handle that that call yeah you you can connect that call directly to thorough voice AI. So and then it does the speech to text. It it we have uh our AI process the intent um and then we have the uh text to speech talk back to um the the audio line into the to the to the call and that's because it's so integrated it makes the full round trip like really fast. So it's uh uh that's uh already the feedback that we have uh from our first customers so they say it's incredibly fast and um the um the connection to all the billing to the routing systems to their CRM platforms if they want to use that it's all connected directly to Thorvoice AI so there is no no big calling of uh uh
um uh some some uh middleware systems etc is directly connected and that's what it makes it so attractive to uh um telcos because they don't need to handle several systems because thor abstracts that all away from them they just need to to integrate uh Thor voice AI as one embedded um intelligence voice lay. That's the that's the great thing.
Mm. Wow. So when a call happens, right? I mean I'm asking from a payment point of view, when a call happens, does the caller know or notice that there there is an AI assistant um uh you know uh in the background?
Mm. Yeah, the the beauty of that is so um that is entirely up to um how the telcos want to build their voice products. So we are not really primarily um providing them with the agents and whether they um the the agents announce themselves or that's already handled from outside of the call beforehand. Um that is completely up to them and it's totally possible. So I we both know that in in telco you have to say now um an AI is listening uh to this phone call and and you are talking to an AI. Okay.
Um but the the main point is we as the the provider of Thor Voice I we do not um uh create the these agents primarily Um it's up to the the telco to build that and throw voice air enables them to build almost any uh voice air enabled product for them.
Mm-hmm. Well So you did mention about, you know, some of the services that are provided uh through these um, you know, AI agents, uh speech to text, uh, this something that you mentioned earlier. So what are the other I mean, w w how does this speech to text service work?
