Awesome. Okay, let's zoom in. Um, with healthcare organizations increasingly under pressure to balance seamless collaboration with strict data protection regulations, what are the biggest communication gaps you see hospitals facing today if they continue to rely on traditional messaging tools?
That's a great question, Tara. And and as you know, today, in order to ensure a high level of patient care, healthcare professionals have to communicate, collaborate, and engage with one another. A lot of time, uh what ends up happening, uh these professionals, because of the lack of understanding at the enterprise level, end up using consumer grade applications which have never been actually been built uh for a enterprise level um authentication, enterprise level encryption, or enterprise level um you know control. And and that in essence uh you know creates a huge security gap. Uh in the uh healthcare environment. Now we all understand collaboration is key, and that's why it's very, very important for these organizations to understand that mobile communication is an essential part of that collaboration doctrine.
And they need to address that by providing a secure, compliant messaging platform that is End-to-end encrypted that's completely controllable by them, and that also provides them the means to provide or enrich an audit trail as and when required. And that's why it's very, very important for them to provide specialized solutions to their staff. And as and when they do that, they're able to address this issue. If they don't, they leave a A gaping hole which can cause a lot of problems down the road.
Mm-hmm. So when we talk about um uh the collaboration tools, are we talking about um uh applications that are accessible on any type of device, including uh wireless devices?
That is correct. You know, today, um, mobile messaging off of your wireless device is a very effective means of communication. And the reason people like using mobile messaging as a means to communicate is because responses come through very quickly. And I'm sure you can understand and appreciate in a healthcare situation, quick responses are key to ensuring that you provide timely, effective patient care. Uh and and so what ends up happening because enterprises don't understand and realize Essentially, what is actually going on, um, end users, nursing staff, physicians, etc., start using consumer grade applications like WhatsApp, et cetera. And these applications and platforms, and even the traditional platforms like Teams, et cetera, have never been built from the ground up for enterprise grade communication.
And we all realize and understand that enterprise Great communication, even in the context of healthcare, has a whole bunch of different feature functionality that needs to be adapted and adopted. And so that's why people have to address this layer of communication as part of their overall overall security strategy. And that's why the device, as well as the communication messaging mechanism, which in case this cases mobile messaging is extremely important.
Mm. Wow. So it it basically the security aspect, the privacy aspect, um, takes into consideration the access to the devices as well as the applications. So I guess it's end to end protection, you know, from the device level itself.
End-to-end protection is very, very important in the form of encryption.
