In this episode, I interview Capri Kurtz on her experience into motherhood. After struggling with painful periods for many years, Capri made some significant lifestyle and dietary changes, and began receiving regular acupuncture treatments. Making these changes and incorporating acupuncture also helped her to conceive her first child. Her first babe was born at home unassisted (accidentally), when her midwife didn't arrive in time.
