In this episode, I interview Alissa Matthewson of Cocoon Therapy Services - she is a trauma informed yoga instructor, certified hypnotherapist, Reiki practitioner and specializes in pregnancy loss and birth trauma. She is a Mama to one sweet daughter and has a rich story to share. She is in a same-sex marriage. Her first pregnancy resulted in an ectopic pregnancy and miscarriage. Her second pregnancy resulted in her sweet baby girl. In episode 66 she shares about her experience of pregnancy and birth.
