Which is where they met the winners of this year's award. They are Charcutier Ltd. A young couple producing bacons, hams, cured and smoked products and charcuterie. In this programme, Sheila and Yotam visit Felin y Glyn Farm in Pontnewydd to find how Illtud Llyr Dunsford and Liesel Taylor are pioneering a British charcuterie revolution; making delicious meat products and revitalising their local food scene.Presented by Sheila Dillon & produced in Bristol by Clare Salisbury.
