This week I’m joined by Nicola Lavin. 15 years after getting bitten by a tick on her J1 and 15 tough years of being really sick, Nicola was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. Yolanda Hadid first brought my attention to this disease on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as she fought to be taken seriously. Nicola suffered for 15 years and was finally diagnosed. She underwent a stem cell procedure and her life improved drastically. This podcast is an eye opener but also really important to know what to look out for when it comes to ticks in Ireland for you and your family.
