Hello and welcome to The Herd. It is a nice Thursday out here in Los Angeles. And not just because we're doing a lot of NFL football today. Camps around the NFL starting to open up. LeBron, dude, you missed your window. You could have announced earlier this week and had a great runway of all the shows, all the podcasts, talking about your decision and now you're dragging it out and the NFL's starting to take over. I'm Jason McIntyre in for Colin Cowherd, joined by Rachel Nichols. Rachel and I thought, boy, this is great. LeBron hasn't decided content for days. LeBron, come on, buddy. What are we doing here? Rachel, you're waiting too, huh?
I am waiting, but I'm fine. Just keep doing what he's doing. First of all, he's a grown-up. He is allowed to decide where he lives and works. We don't have to decide for him. And, you know, you and I are together for the next few weeks, Jason. Yes. We can wait as long as it takes.
I don't have much going on here. Although, although, as we start to dig into the NFL, we got some troubling signs ahead for the Denver Broncos. We've got Wemba Nyama adding to his villain resume that started in the NBA playoffs. And now, oh boy, oh boy, people are out on Wemba. But I do want to start. Let's go big picture. Macro, folks. NFL season is nearly upon us. We're about a month away from when it gets serious with fantasy football drafts and everything.
