Hello, everybody. Welcome into the Fantasy Pros Football Podcast. I'm Ryan Warmly, joined by Andrew Erickson and Derek Brown. Fellas, we are talking draft day decisions. It's still the middle of June, but draft season is just around the corner. It'll be here sooner than you think. I was just telling you guys before the show, I have my Scott Fishbowl draft this weekend, which kind of snuck up on me here. And we're looking at some players across all the positions that... are ranked near each other and we see as sort of debatable head to head. Hey, who do you got here? And maybe you guys will see some of these. It's not that close. I went based on the expert consensus rankings, not your guys' rankings. So we'll see where you guys come down on these players.
But we've got a few running backs, some receivers, quarterback tight end, and we've got some rookies versus veterans at the end of the show. So we're hitting a bunch of different names here in the episode. I also was just saying, D-Bro, I think it's been a minute since we've done a show with the three of us. How are you doing, buddy?
Doing good, man. Yeah, Scott Fishbowl, I think, is stinking up on everybody. I mean, we're drafting teams before training camp starts, but we're all in it to win it, man. But no, it's been a minute. Probably since, what, last year regular season, Worm?
Maybe even last year preseason. Last time it was the three of us. Something like, yeah, we've obviously done shows together, just not with this trio.
You're looking spry. You got a little bit of tan. Looks like you've been outside. Congrats on touching grass.
It's mid-90s out here, so not spending that much time outside these days. My dog can't really handle it, but a little here and there. Erickson, how are you doing in the great Northeast? I'm doing great.
Worm, I don't know if we've talked about, since I've gotten my puppy, how that experience has been. I don't know if we've done a show since. Erickson has battle scars. Yeah, I got a lot of battle scars. My hands are pretty beaten up. A lot of bloody hands over the last couple days, but... We're making it work. Archie is a bundle of joy, super cute. And I'm just very looking forward to seeing him grow up and pee outside consistently.
I remember his name is Archie. I don't actually remember what type of dog is he?
He is a golden retriever, but he's very light. So that's why I would get a lot of questions about, oh, what kind of dog is he? It's a golden retriever because he's not really gold. He's much more white. We'll see if he stays lighter as he gets a little bit older. But yeah, he's a retriever for sure. I throw the ball, he comes back, throw the ball again, he comes back. Very golden retriever-esque.
When I adopted my dog, I was like, dog must be at least two and a half years old. I had no interest in getting a puppy. I was like, I want a dog that's already seen some stuff and will be a little more calm.
I tried to give Eric some of the heads up. I'm like, this is the closest thing you get to having a baby without having a baby, man. It's getting up at all times, you know, being all over the house.
