doing let me tell you brother I'll tell you how we're doing. It was an agonizing one and four week two for us. We were oh and four through the day games. We had the Indianapolis Colts at plus five and a half in the contest against the Chiefs on Sunday night to salvage our week, keep us from our first ever winless week. Honest to God, I was so sick of watching games on Sunday that I didn't even turn on the game. Like I went downstairs after the show. I ate all of the frozen chocolate chip cookie dough that I said I was going to eat. My wife and I watched The Wire. I got in bed. I read a book. I'm like, great. I'm going to sleep. And I could not fall asleep. So at like midnight, I finally got up, walked across the room where I keep my phone because I don't keep it plugged in next to me, checked the score, saw the chiefs that the Colts had covered, and I finally fell asleep.
And now we get to do it all over again.
Yeah, great game, honestly. I feel bad for Colts fans, right, that should have won that game. I think there's some crazy stat. It's like they give up 1,000 yards now through two weeks, that Colts defense, which is like the most in, I don't know, 80 years a defense has given up through the first two weeks. So, yeah, pretty brutal game that they had so many ways to win. So many. But thank God we had the cover because when it went to overtime, just the way our day had been going, it's like, okay, Chiefs are getting the ball off the start, too.
