Dan Durazo, director of external affairs at Allianz Partners, talks with James Shillinglaw of Insider Travel Report at the ASTA Travel Advisor Conference in Dallas about Allianz’s new mobile app Allyz Travel Smart, which allows customers to take their travel insurance policy with them, file a claim through the app, find a hospital nearby and even plan flights Allianz also has updated its website for travel advisors at www.allianzAdvantage.com, revised its travel agency handbook and made it easier to file claims through its claims portal.
