If I'm going to spend my time or money as even myself as a consumer, I want to have a great experience, you know? And I think so often we all get wrapped up in our own business or lives that maybe you don't take the time to really think about how you can stand out from the pack. And, uh, if we can use technology today, which we can with AI to really make a difference, but still make it personal, you'll learn a lot from that. And it's, it takes you one step closer to success.

Let's not just monitor digital conversations and engagements with consumers. Let's help businesses strike and take action to make a difference and use our technology and AI to actually do that. That's what I love about being an entrepreneur, right? We're always finding new ways to create, to make things better. That's also something I love doing, just make things better for people. In your business as an entrepreneur, how can you think outside the box?

Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen, to another episode of the Living Your Legacy podcast. I'm your host for today, Jason Tyler, and I am joined by a very special guest who is a heavy hitter and you're a double feature on the platform. We just finished recording two episodes, Alexi Venary. Alexi, welcome to the show.
Alexi Venneri 2:12
Thank you. It's great to be here.
Jason Tyler 2:13
It's a pleasure to have you. Now, we're on the other side of filming not one, but two episodes for you. First of all, how are you feeling?
Alexi Venneri 2:20
Feeling great.

Who is Alexi Venneri and why does customer experience matter?

Jason Tyler 2:21
I feel like we blazed right. We blazed right through it. And one thing that I ask all of my guests here on the show after we finish filming is if you know for the viewers out there, what's like the number one lesson that you'd like people to learn from your story?
Alexi Venneri 2:36
I think that the lesson is it's okay to take risks and try new things, adopt new technology, don't be afraid. Even if failure happens, you'll learn a lot from that. And it takes you one step closer to success.
Jason Tyler 2:51
Mm hmm. I totally agree with you on that. Like, I think one of the main things that we touched on throughout, like going through your whole story and going through the business journey for Das was the gray area. Yeah. We live in the gray and the ability to just kind of pivot, adapt. Life's going to throw you curveballs all the time. For the business owner out there, you know, our audience, they're super entrepreneurial. They're very business minded. For the entrepreneur out there that's thinking of like, ah, I kind of want to get into this thing, but I don't know. I don't know if I want to take the risk. What's your message to them?
Alexi Venneri 3:28
You know, it's always better to try and fail than to wonder what if and not try, I think. And I know that's cliche, but I really do think that every entrepreneur, just like in life, not everything works, so try a lot of things, and at some point you will get that home run. So definitely don't be afraid. Also be a lifelong learner. Learn from other people. It's great to talk to people, get knowledge, try new things. as long as especially whatever you're doing has a good reason and a good outcome behind it. So how can you make a difference?
Jason Tyler 4:02
How can you make things better?
Alexi Venneri 4:03
Exactly. Always make it better.
Jason Tyler 4:04
Always make it better. And another thing is don't be afraid of feedback. And I think that's a great segue to kind of talk about what you do with Dask Technology, which is allow for businesses to get great feedback on making their processes better, making their different touch points for their customers better.
