It's very, very strange. You had Treasury Secretary Scott Besant making his rounds on Fox and other networks, basically saying, you know, don't worry, the Chinese will come back.
The Chinese will come back. Just watch what Besant says. I'm not sure how this is negotiating from a position of strength. Let's play it.
