Moreover, that's what it says, the Qatari and Pakistani mediators read the following statement. Moreover, the parties agreed on the creation of a deconfliction cell between the parties, the Lebanese Republic, and facilitated by the mediators. That means U.S., Iran, Lebanese, Pakistan, and Qatar. And Rubio is saying that's not actually happening. The technical talks will continue on that issue.
