In this episode I interview the amazing and charming Lisa White. She is a licensed psychotherapist and clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience of working with people with severe mental health problems. For many years she has worked with people with Bipolar and schizophrenia and we discuss how a big part of her work has been in helping these people to manage their anxiety, that they inevitably develop about their conditions. We dive into the relationship between anxiety and depression and discuss some of the underlying causes of these problems. We also take a look at panic and what people can do when they experience a panic attack.
