In today's episode, I share my approach to creating a daily practice that focuses on knowing what's important to me and applying my why to it. By embracing radical humility and learning from my past, I align my experiences to promote and protect my future goals. I discuss the importance of identifying what I want, who can help me, and how I can achieve it within the 24 hours I'm given each day. Prioritizing fitness, family, faith, sleep, finance, and time helps me stay focused. This method eliminates interference, reduces overwhelm, and combats procrastination by knowing my why and applying it effectively.
