Our awareness is tied to our vibration level, and by elevating it, we can enhance our awareness and ease in life. I share how daily practices, including proper breathing techniques, can elevate our frequency. By minimizing negative interference and aligning with positive behavior, we can better connect with a higher energy source. Understanding and practicing these principles can lead to a more fulfilled and enlightened existence.
