I really do think guys that come up and are a little cocky, they need to be because, again, it's going up to the best league in the world, and you've got to be able to make plays. How about Avery Hayes? Talk about getting called up and right off the bat.

I'm very happy with what Kyle Dubas has done the last two years. with just getting that prospect pool, good players. So when the page does churn, they still have a really good team. No doubt. The sight of that speaking to really good teams, that Canadian team walking into the building this morning, Crosby first they showed, then McDavid, then Marchand.
