One time, were you going to do that for me? No. Come on, Danny.
I like many Van Halen songs. That one's all right.
It's okay. Now you sound like Joe Spiker being a big fuddy-duddy about musicians and bands. Come on now.
It shows off the greatness of Eddie Van Halen's rhythm guitar skills, which I think are greatly underappreciated.
We are.
I don't think they're greatly underappreciated. I think they're very much appreciated. The rhythm guitar stuff? Yes. Well, that's good, because they should be. It's probably the best that ever did it.
I am Todd Lebo, influencer in Petro. That is Danny Klinscale. That is Curtis Seabolt. We are live at Unlimited RV, 4400 North Cobbler Road. And, Danny, you know, we used to work in Independence. Now, we're on the far stretches of Independence, but, you know, not far from there. But what do you think? What a building and a facility this is. It's like walking into a cabin.

Chapter 2: What are the highlights of the Royals' current season?
So that's about where we're at with that, and they only allow the media into one a week, I guess.
They're only doing two weeks, so we'll get next Wednesday as well.
Is that the last one, or are they squeezing one more thing in before the World Cup?
Is that the one they're squeezing in before the World Cup? There is a mandatory minicamp the week before the World Cup. That's what I thought. So, yeah, that will happen. But that's moved up, right? It's moved up a week. It's about ā they used to do three. The calendar's a little bit weird this year in general, but they did.
They made sure they're getting out of there because you go to the Royals at any point this last time, Stan, and so you saw all the stuff that's getting built out there, and they're just building more and more as they go. So the Chiefs are like ā
They're going to have their mini camp after two weeks from now, and then they're bugging out because they're kind of outside FIFA's little perimeter at this point, their little practice facility, but they just don't want to be part of it. I mean, you've got to just get out of the way because there is a lot of... of construction out there.
There's several monstrous tents that were before, you know, overflow media, hospitality, all these different things that are happening out there, and they're going to get their work done and be like, all right, we're good. We've got to get out of the way because there's something coming to town that they'd rather not be in the way for.
I am super interested to see how much of a mess it's going to be because the Royals are playing games, not on the same day as games, but... They're not winning a lot of games.
So they probably won't be fighting big crowds.

Chapter 3: How is Patrick Mahomes preparing for the upcoming season?
So tell me about your experience, because I'm in the middle of it right now.
Mine was so bad, I gave up eventually. That's how bad it was. And I actually was already in FIFA's system because I broadcast some FIFA games back in the day, 2016, 17. You know, there was
some afternoon at sporting park where the under 21 bolivia against right somebody and i did the game it was some kind of international feed or whatever and so i was already approved by fiva back in the day so there was it wasn't like i was starting from scratch and i still you know you get kicked out and you couldn't get to the page and i i just finally said you know first of all there's only going to be
three games while I'm here. While you're here in town, yeah. And I wouldn't be here for the quarterfinal or the other knockout game, which would be the ones that would be fun to cover. So you're right in the middle of it also.
Well, yeah, I'm accredited. I'm in the system, but I'm in limbo in the system on whether or not I'm going to actually get to go to a game. It's weird.
And I actually went by ā Yeah, I didn't even get really into the system. I mean, I ā had their name my name popped up in their little grid you know right drop down and everything but then the next step no go and try again go back it was funny like like just the terminology is a little bit different than than uh
I'm used to on ā they use different words. So like when I first put a thing in there, I got a thing that said I couldn't even get in the media. I'm denied to get in the media. I didn't understand what they wanted.
That's what happened to me too.
What they wanted me to do was upload photographs of credentials of things I've actually covered. So I put the Super Bowl. Right.

Chapter 4: What challenges are the Chiefs facing this year?
But, uh, you know, that that's, you know, that that's, what's going to be. The thing is, it's, we, I don't think people just have the sense of the impact that, how many millions of people are going to be watching games that are in Kansas City? Right. I mean, around the world. Yeah. I mean, it's just once every four years.
I kind of wish there were only 32 teams, not 48.
I agree with that. I don't think they needed to expand. But we want to expand everything. It must make Italy feel even worse.
All these teams, you can't do it. I mean, but we expand everything. We want to expand the college football playoff. We want to expand it. It's just too much stuff.
Agreed. Before we break, the Royals lineup is out, and it is by Matt Quintero's standard and precedent, pretty radically changed, particularly at the top. It is a lineup that I think has fans who don't really know what splits are a little angry today.
There's another lefty on the mound.
Yes, lefty on the mound tonight for the Rangers. Lane Thomas leading off. Bobby Witt Jr., Michael Garcia, Sal Perez, Starling Marte, Vinny Pasquantino hitting sixth, Nick Lofton, Jack Caglione, Kyle Isbell. What's notable is the four guys at the top of the lineup, Thomas Witt, Garcia, and Perez, have the four highest OPSs on the team.
against left-handed pitching, and the guy who's in the leadoff spot, Lane Thomas, has the highest on-base percentage against lefties on the team at 436. So it makes sense.
I mean, you've got to try things that they've been awful against lefties, and they're lefties who the fans somehow want to see in there. I guess they want to see their favorite players stink against left-handed pitching because Pasquantino and Caglione have been just dreadful. They're both in there, though, so...

Chapter 5: What are the latest updates on the Kansas City soccer scene?
We are at Unlimited RV, 4400 North Cobbler Road in Independence, just basically 291 and 210 Highway. Swing on by. We'll be here until 6. Lots of fun people have come by so far today. You can get signed up. We've got some great prizes we're going to give away. We can do that. And then if you can't get here before 6, that's okay. Come by tomorrow. They've got getting rid of all the 2026s.
They all got to go to make room for the 2027s. They got pull-behinds. They got big RVs, small RVs, whatever you'd like to do. They've got it here at Unlimited RV, not only here in Independence, but also down at their Lake of the Ozarks location, which is 12 Hauser Road in Eldon, Missouri. Get all the information you want on their website, unlimitedrv.com.
All right, the Twin Peaks, end of the hour answer. How many times have two 62-win teams met in a postseason game seven? That's what happened.
You asked some question kind of about 62-win teams, maybe on Tuesday. So this is a small number. I think there had only been a couple of series that 60-win teams had ever even faced each other. So this number's small.
Yeah. How many times? Actually, only once. Once. Is this it? This will be the second time. Okay. Game seven of the 1981 Eastern Conference Finals, Boston over Philly, 91-90. What's interesting about that, briefly, they met Philly and Boston met in the conference finals. 80-81-82, all three years, Philly jumped out 3-1. 80, they closed it out in five.
81, they lost three straight to lose in seven. 82, they lost two straight to force game seven in Boston and then beat them, I think, 120-106. They were going to do it again, and they nutted it up, but still lost to the Lakers in the finals.
I liked the Sixers back then for sure. I love that Sixers team. And I liked the Celtics too, but I didn't like the Lakers. So I'd root for either one of them. And that Sixers team, that was Dr. J, Andrew Toney, Moses Malone.
I remember that game seven with the Lakers and the Sixers because that was the game that Magic Johnson played center.
That was actually game six. Yeah, Kareem was hurt, and he went for 42-15 as a rookie. And that game was, and I remember watching it at midnight because it was tape-delayed.

Chapter 6: How do the Royals' lineups affect their game performance?
But somebody was actually asking me the other day if they would consider trading Bobby Witt because they're so desperate for having a lot of different talent. And You can't.
I don't think the time is now.
You can't. I don't think the time is ever.
Well, and here's what I don't ā this is the thing that Bobby Witt's not going to answer if you go up and ask him in a locker room right now or anything like that. Maybe someday. I don't know what he thinks about it because he's got opt-outs, okay? Right. But he loves Dayton Moore, and I think he loves J.J. Piccolo. You know, this is a ā there's something ā
The Royals have had to kind of have those kind of relationships with some guys who ā that's beyond just the numbers, okay? And I feel like there's no really reason ā I mean, Bobby Witt got ā he's got a $200-some million contract. But he could have said, I don't want to do any part of that. I'll just wait my time. So he likes this group. He has some connection, yeah.
There's a connection between him and this front office. I think he really respects John Sherman, and John Sherman ā is no cheapskate, okay? They're spending money, you know? They paid Mikel, paid Waka, paid Lugo. The other thing is... You know, they do all those things. But somewhere deep in his heart, okay, there's going to be a work stoppage.
Who knows what the rules are going to be afterwards? I mean, all that kind of stuff. The Royals are not going to give him a $700 million contract. There could be some $700 million contract out there for Bobby Witt with one of these teams. And if it just keeps getting darker and darker around here, that will be something that he has to consider at some point when it comes time to opt out.
And if you think he's going to opt out, then you've got to trade him.
In that case, yeah. I mean, for instance, it became obvious that Zach Greinke wanted to go.

Chapter 7: What strategies are being discussed for improving the Royals' roster?
So that's a few years away, and that lines up when you're going into a new stadium. If everything goes according to plan and all those things, I don't think they want to open the stadium. They wouldn't know without Bobby Witt. Listen, here's the deal, but there could be ā This is unlikely, but they could draft this year the next Bobby Witt who could be up here.
I mean, that is a long ways away when you think about it. It's probably not going to happen. No. By the track record of what's going on, and there just aren't Bobby Witts laying around out there. But you mentioned Cleveland. I mean, they've got kids who are just up here playing. Every year there's someone. We say it all the time. You just got to freaking be right when you draft players.
Right, and one of those rookies that's been great this year was the number one pick in the draft, and they didn't blow it. I mean, they...
Your precious Astros, who you love, did a great job drafting. But they also had a kid they couldn't even sign as the overall number one pick in that same period when they were taking Correa and Bregman and all these guys. So, you know, even an organization like that who was killing it. Yeah, they did a good job. They had a few just bangs, you know, out of there.
So you just got to be right when you do it.
And the rest of the record is... Dreadful. That's that's the problem.
Yes.
And they were bad for years and they had high picks for years. So, you know, and they're unfortunately it's coming to roost. I mean, there's other things that are contributing to this, but it's just it's a shame that 60 games in. It's tough to sum it up. Either I said either enthusiasm or vitriol. when you're talking about the Royals, one or the other.
Yeah, no question about that. Danny Klingscale is here. We are here at Unlimited RV at 4400 North Cobbler Road in Independence. We're going to be here until 6 o'clock. They've got a big blowout sale tonight and tomorrow. You want to come check it out if you're in the market for an RV or a pull-behind, whatever you'd like. They've got it here for you at Unlimited RV.

Chapter 8: How do injuries impact the Chiefs' training camp?
Well, it doesn't bother me. I actually like watching both teams play. I don't have a super rooting interest in it, but I'd rather have the Thunder one. I was rooting for the Thunder to win last night. That didn't.
take long to be able to stop doing it yeah that's okay i think i'll do something else and it'll be interesting to see if you know the knicks can continue just be this wagon historic wagon of a team although i don't know if you saw the 10 you know the not top 10 from today they showed an exchange where jalen brunson just dribbled through the whole cavaliers team and scored and and
It was a good top ten worst because the Cavaliers, I mean, were showing no effort.
They quit after the first game.
No effort. I mean, in this game at that point, it was like a 14-point game. It wasn't like at the end when they were down 40. Their starters were out there, and they were just standing there watching him go to the hoop.
What are you doing tomorrow at 11 o'clock?
Tomorrow at 11 o'clock in the morning?
Yes. Are you watching this game live, or are you going to tape your soccer game?
Oh, you mean on Sunday? Sunday. Sunday. I am watching it live.
