Doing very good. I know the Mavericks are doing great. First of all, let's talk about where they are now moving on in the playoffs. And we'll get to the good news about where you're going to be playing those playoff games here in a second. But how about those Kansas City Mavericks and their run in the playoffs?
How about those Mavericks, right? Best season in... I would say franchise history. I know I'm a little biased, but our coach, Tad Ohad, he got coach of the year for the entire league, and it's really showing on the ice.
I mean, him and the guys have put together a team that is just unstoppable at this point, and we're getting ready to start the second round here in Kansas City Saturday and Sunday. And speaking of Mother's Day, if you're still looking for a Mother's Day gift, we've got

Chapter 3: What updates are there on the Kansas City Mavericks' playoff run?
That's the news today, correct?
Absolutely. You're going to hear it here first. You know, we've had a number of contributing factors. This time of year is always tough for the building. It's got to be made clear that, you know, we don't schedule the building. The building is managed by the Oakview Group, and they've got a responsibility to get events and programming in that building, and they were doing what they needed to do.
But unfortunately, with some scheduling issues, the The home ice was not going to be available. So the way it sits right now is we will be playing our first two games of this round at Kansas City in the home ice with the home bowl with fans in attendance. Then we'll go down to Allen, which is outside of Dallas, one of our rivals, for the next three games.
If it's anything like Tahoe, we shouldn't need all three of those, but you don't want to be... Don't want to jinx anything. Unfortunately, if we come home for games six and seven, it just couldn't be averted. There's just nothing we can do.
We're hoping we don't have to play those games, but they will unfortunately have to be played on the community ice if they are even necessary, which we're hoping they're not. But the really good news is the city of Independence, the Oakview group, Everybody, they stood up, they knew, they heard the fans. The fans have been amazing. I mean, the fans got after it.
And because of all of the attention, we were able to reach an agreement where what was programmed for the building has been canceled. And so all of the games of round three and any subsequent games will be played in the bowl in front of fans. So that was not going to happen. We were not going to be able to have any of our round three games in the main bowl, and we would not be able to have fans.
And it's important to note, it's not that there won't be any spaces for people. The team has spent days trying to figure out a way to fairly allow people to attend the game, and there's just no way to do it on the community ice that wouldn't leave people out.
And so we made the really hard decision to, you know, we have some requirements per the league as far as coaching and things like that, having people around, But the decision was unfortunately made. There was no way around not being able to have fans. If those games are even necessary, let's hope they're not. I think Saturday and Sunday will be a good indicator of where that's going to go.
But the really good news is that we will have, for round three, very much planning to be there. home ice, and it'll be weekend dates, which are the best of all worlds.

Chapter 4: What is the current sentiment about the Jaguars' draft performance?

One board. How many 6'11 or taller? How many ever? 36 minutes, 6'11 or taller, one board. We know it's been once. I think it's just one. It's actually two. The other one goes way back, almost 40 years. Utah, L.A. Lakers, Game 7, 88 Western Conference semifinals. That was the year that... Wait, what year? 88. That was the year the Lakers played three seven-game series. They got down 2-1 to Utah.
So it's either Thurl Bailey or Mark Eaton. Thurl Bailey. Okay. Thurl Bailey. That was the series where the Lakers won game one at home, lost game two, then lost game three on the road, and they were playing game four on a Sunday or something. Like, are they going to go down 3-1 to Utah as a defending champion? They won that game.
They ended up taking them to seven, but they beat them by, I think, 12 or 13 points in game seven. Thurl Bailey won board. In Thurl Bailey's defense. Mm-hmm.
He really was the small forward for that team at 6'11". He may have even come off the bench then, but there for a while they started. Thurl Bailey, 6'11", at the small forward. Carl Malone, who was only 6'9", but he was 260 pounds and a block of granite. An athletic, tremendous, all-time player. Maybe the greatest true power forward. This Tim Duncan, the best power forward. My ass, he's a center.
Carl Malone would play next. And Carl Malone played always next to a guy that was even bigger than him. So he was definitely the power forward. So I definitely think the mailman was the best true power forward of all time. But then also on the floor was 7'4", Mark Eaton.
So when Mark Eaton and Carl Malone are on the floor with you... You should be able to... That is not what's on the floor with Evan Mobley.
No, no. Evan had a lot more opportunities than Thurl Bailey had.
