Hello everybody, welcome back to the show, welcome back to the podcast, and thank you for tuning in as we break down another episode on the psychology of our 20s. So this is more of a personal episode. I guess there's been something on my mind recently, or something I've been really contemplating in the last few months, is that I've spent my entire 20s essentially recording my life and kind of bringing you guys on this journey with me over the past five to six years. I've recorded nearly everything that has happened to me, every experience that I've had. all my life listens since I was 20, 21. And last week, you know, I had the privilege now of being able to listen back to these episodes. And I listened back to an episode I made right at the beginning in December 2021, like the first year I was making this podcast.
And I recorded this episode titled The Psychology of Big Life Changers. At the time, I was just about to move to Sydney. I had just graduated university. I was heartbroken. I didn't know what I was doing. I don't uh did I have a job? I don't know. I don't think I did. And There was so much advice that I wanted to give this version of myself as I listened to this episode. And it really got me thinking. What advice would 31, 32, 33-year-old Gemma have for me now during this chapter? There's just so much that doesn't become apparent until you've lived through something.
