And last time we spoke, we were talking about just how unattractive the CBD was during lockdown, but it's come back from that death of a city in lockdown to having that vibrant feel. So since we last spoke, how is the luxury market in your world going for you on this third day of October as we look towards Christmas now? It's crazy, Craig.
Because October is the best month for all the luxury real estate agents like myself, especially we are selling to Asians and the Chinese. And we call that National Day, our Golden Week. And we have so many inquiries you cannot believe. So the market is going stronger and stronger.
