Starting her business Pōtiki Poi when she was only 12 years old. With an order of 30,000 pois to make for the Women’s Rugby World Cup, Georgia has created mahi for her whānau and friends, paying living wage, and creating a working environment of manaakitanga, kaitiakitanga and of course heaps of fun.🔥 Now 16, Georgia shares with us what goes on behind the scenes, she is vulnerable and heart felt. Long days, lack of sleep, constant demands of having to travel and be at her peak, but she keeps on keeping on cos she’s on a mission.This wahine is one of the most selfless, incredible young ladies I have ever come across – he wahine hūmārie ia. She is a humble woman.
