And before we get to the show today, I got a little bit of bad news or... actually quite terrible news yesterday that I just wanted to share with you quickly because some of you will know who I'm talking about.
He was on the show once and he's been a major influence in my life over the last two years. But Dr. Richie Striano, who did my stem cells, he passed away suddenly. Yesterday morning, the picture on the, go back to that first picture, the picture on the upper left there where I'm sure, that's just from a couple weeks ago when we were doing My Shoulder. The other two pictures are from about two years ago when we did My Knee. And you guys know, I've talked a lot about my stem cell journey. This is when we met for the first time about two years ago when he was working on my knee. And he was just a great, great guy. And I was having other shoulder problems even though we were there for my knee. And he fixed all of that stuff.
And he didn't show up to work yesterday. And they found him in his hotel room. And obviously, they'll find out a bit more. But he was just such a warm, loving, happy, funny guy, Jersey Italian, great sense of humor. He loved what he did. He loved helping people. He not only helped me, Connery, come back to me for a sec. He not only helped me, and my shoulder's doing way better, and I still got this bump here, but it's moving. I went to PT this morning, and he completely fixed my knee. But Joey, who did the filming of these videos, he had some bad back stuff, and he helped Joey completely, and he's back on the basketball court. My mother-in-law had some back stuff. He helped her. My brother-in-law has had lifelong back stuff.
He helped her. He was helping patients with Alzheimer's and dementia and a whole bunch of other things. And he was the cutting edge guy in this field. And I'm quite sad this morning that he's no longer with us. He was a great man who really affected my life and you will be missed. Dr. Striano, and if you want to find, and by the way, he also helped a whole bunch of you guys. I got, you know, when we talked about him and I did an interview with him, did you show a clip of the interview that we did with him? Tons of you reached out to him, and he told me he worked on dozens and dozens of people from the show, and he would give huge discounts to people. He just, as he always said, I just want to help people live a better life and live pain-free, and he really did do that, so Doc, wherever you are right now, we're thinking of you, we love you, and
