Most people only look at an asset from a standpoint of up to 5 years. And while there’s nothing wrong with getting into the transactional side of real estate, if you want to really build wealth this way, you need to be ready for the long game. That means buying and holding properties for—at least!—10 years. But what if you have a property that’s not performing so well right now? How do you make it fit in your long-term plan?
