In this episode, I’m joined by the incredible Calodagh McCumiskey from Wexford, Ireland. We first connected through LinkedIn and immediately resonated with each other on both a personal and professional level.Calodagh has lived a truly global life, growing up in different countries before dedicating 14 years to aid work, leading teams and managing projects in high-stress environments following man-made and natural disasters. Her time in crisis zones shaped her practical, results-driven approach to wellbeing, but the transition back to everyday life was not immediate.After returning to Ireland, it took her several years to process everything she had experienced during her aid work across the world. To reconnect with herself, she turned to meditation, mindfulness, and the power of being present, allowing her to grow deeper roots and find acceptance.
