In this week's episode I am joined by Norah Coyne, an intuitive energy, sound and massage therapist based in Connemara, Co. Galway. Norah was one of the 14 therapists that shared her story in our book Awaken Your Wellbeing which was published in November 2020 in which we each share a chapter about our own struggles and challenges and how we found ways to help ourselves heal and now through our different therapies are helping others. All proceeds from the book go direct to Galway Simon Community to prevent homelessness. Norah shares with us how her struggles led her on a path to healing herself and now others. We chat about leaving the 'big job' and going on a completely different path, coping with loss and dealing with saying goodbye to a loved one, and how we find peace with knowing our loved ones are always around us. She explains how sound healing helped her to shift and release trauma and shock from her body and how it can help us all. Norah is an amazing beautiful soul and I am deeply honoured to call her my friend. She has worked alongside me on workshops and retreats and it is always a pleasure to be in her company. She has a gentleness that resonates deeply with others and through her work helps so many others. She runs many classes online and in person and also offers tarot/angel card readings along with aura soma colour therapy.
