My guest today is Philip Walsh who shares with us his struggles to fit into mainstream society at times, he wants to live in a world full of good food, nature and healing. After leaving home and travelling around the world, it brought him on a journey of self-discovery which led him back home to Ireland where he opened up a men's circle to help and encourage others to share and feel supported. Philip has created a space for men of all ages and backgrounds, to come together in an open and non-judgemental way, exploring topics that they can learn from each other. A lover of music, horses and travel, Philip now feels he has finally begun to understand the journey of self-love and wants to now share this with others through Reiki, mindfulness and energy training.
