She grew up alongside a generation of Australians. Now, she’s all grown up and has gone through menopause, an experience she shares in her new fantastic book Queen Menopause Finding your majesty in the mayhem. Menopause changed Ali’s perspective on life, relationships and body image. It made her realise the implications of being silent, speaking up, consent, boundaries, and the importance of feeling, of being and of anger. She reveals how all the shifting within gave birth to a new sense of self and her life. In this episode, we chat about the following: Menstruation, pregnancy, birth, sex and menopause.
