This fab business and community was created by Kate Hills with the simple aim of helping British-made brands grow, and she is passionate and then some about it! Kate shares her passion for UK made and how she came to setting up Make It British after working for two big high street brands who had their products made abroad. Well aware of all the incredible skills developed in the UK throughout history, Kate set about researching what was really available here and found lots of incredible manufacturers still beavering away, creating beautiful things, and delighting customers. Fast forward a little, and Make It British was born!
