They talk about what it was like staying at the same hotel as all of ESPN’s major broadcasters in Texas, the state of vibes in San Antonio, and how crazy New York City was after the Game 2 win on Saturday. Then, the gals take listeners behind the scenes of Game 3, which was the first Finals game at Madison Square Garden since 1999. The whole operation was messed up thanks to Donald Trump. He decided he was going to show up, after being invited by Knicks owner James Dolan, and make everyone’s lives miserable by causing a massive disruption to Manhattan and at the Garden. The vibes were definitely skewed by his presence, but the Knicks did their best to fight them off. The Spurs ultimately won — is this a harbinger of things to come?
