POINT #2: Regret is the result of not doing what we need to for the result we want. If you look in the mirror do you have regrets about how you look? Do you have regrets about the father you are to your children? How do you change it? POINT #3: Regret is about not being who you want to be. Are you the person you want to be in the relationships in your life? Are you living your life with Purpose, waking everyday excited about what is coming that day? QUESTION: Identify where you have regret in your Relationships, Health & Fitness, Business and Belief. Write them all down. ACTION: Contact one person today who you would have regrets around if they died today. Tell them what they mean to you. Identify what you would do with you time if you won $10,000,000 today.
