THIS DAY IN YOUR LIFE… POINT #1: Why do we try to keep everyone else happy instead of ourselves. You should always be respectful to others and treat them well. BUT there are people who will manipulate you to get what they want. POINT #2: It is NOT your responsibility to make other people happy Why do what others want to keep them happy, instead of being happy yourself? Some people will push you to do what they want, it’s your responsibility to say NO. POINT #3: When people manipulate and/or force you to do what you don’t want to, it affects you negatively. Don’t be embarrassed to say NO, this is what these people play on Someone may be unhappy so it may as well be the other person. QUESTION: Look in your life and see where you manipulate others. Look for the people in your life that manipulate you. ACTION: Change your behaviour with all the people in your life so you don’t manipulate.
