After retirement, he founded the "Nexus of Good" movement to spotlight positive change-makers across India, and authored landmark books including "Not Just A Civil Servant", "Ethical Dilemmas of a Civil Servant", "Encounters with Politicians", and his latest, "You Can Make It Happen." His work has shaped how an entire generation of bureaucrats, aspirants, and citizens thinks about governance, ethics, and the courage required to do the right thing.
