Chapter 1: What is the significance of gratitude in challenging times?
Hi, this is Stephanie Moss. Today I want to talk to you about one of my favorite words. And I actually was reminded of it in a conversation that I had today. And the word is gratitude. I was talking to somebody earlier and we were talking about all the things that create challenges right now.
It's probably, for a lot of people, it's probably the absolute hardest time that they've ever had in their life to have an attitude of gratitude. It probably just is. But the other person I was talking to, who, by the way, is in the midst of some pretty intense hard stuff, said, you know, gratitude is what gets me out of bed every day.
Chapter 2: How can gratitude impact daily life and mindset?
I can always find gratitude. something, something to be thankful for. And it's amazing what happens even in the midst of tough stuff, how having a grateful heart and mind can impact your day.
Chapter 3: How can gratitude help you face difficulties?
So for me, it was a great reminder. I'm going to start again, the habit of waking up and before my feet hit the floor, what am I thankful for? What can I be thankful for?
