We’re usually trying to release tension in our lives, not create more of it!But tension can also create beautiful things. Think about the violin and other stringed instruments. The reason that sound is produced from the instrument is due to the tension that’s created between the wood and the strings. Without that tension, the bow would make a sound resembling a dying duck!
