It's a conversation I had with transformative coach David Bird, and here's one of the things I think you're going to find particularly interesting. The thing that motivated Birdey to explore the principles was this: he was already working as a hypnotherapist and coach, and he started attracting clients who he didn't actually know whether or not he could help. He wanted to find a way to have more certainty about the impact he could have with his clients.
