Rudy Von Berg takes us inside the training camp at Kona he did with Lionel Sanders, Collin Chartier and their coach Mikal Iden. We then talk about the training he did under former coach Luc Van Lierde (a 2 x Ironman World Champion himself) that took Rudy to a podium at the Ironman 70.3 World Champs in 2019 and how it differs from the training he and Mikal Iden have been doing in the lead up to Ironman Texas this year.
