Thank you for coming back, Sean. Love coming back here. So I was thinking about you this morning. You've had this kind of unbelievably weird and varied life. And maybe the weirdest chapter is now unfolding where you somehow wound up a successful podcaster. Probably not something you planned. Definitely not. 20 years ago. What have you learned from it, from this chapter?

Well, I probably only retain 10% of the information that comes through the studio, to be honest with you. And everybody expects me to be a resident expert on anything. I can't remember shit. And then I think I know something, and I had dinner with you last night, and I realized I really don't know shit. I don't either. Yeah, it's the ignorant meeting the ignorant. But what have I learned? Um... I've learned I never want to involve myself in the U.S. political system or vouch for any man again. I've learned that... Wait, let's just stop there.
So you didn't start out a hyper-political person. I remember when your podcast started, my nephew told me about it. He loved it. That's how I met you, because my nephew was so impressed by you. And it was mostly on kind of military issues. And then there was this period where you... I don't know, got involved, but you got closer to the political process. And now you're saying you don't want anything to do with that.
No, I never. I just don't. Why? Well, I mean, I think we kind of discussed it last time. I just, everything is a lie. That became like a coined term, I guess. But everything is a lie. I mean, every politician I've sat across from, with maybe the exception of Eli Crane, who I disagree with on a lot of... I hate that I even have to say that. I don't agree with everything they have to say. Why the fuck do we have to say that? I like Eli. He's very pro-Israel. I'm not. But he can articulate why he is and whatever. I respect it. At least he's not just regurgitating a kid like most people. But everybody else, it's just, you know, it's been a lie. And then the other thing is, I mean, which really shouldn't bother me, but you talk to somebody and then it's like, how dare you platform that person?
And it's like, actually, I probably just did you a favor because he just spent four hours lying to me on my podcast that you're gonna be able to use for his next political campaign. Exactly. Too fucking stupid to figure that out, aren't you? But, I mean, it's, you know, And they do, and I just, I don't know, you know, I put a lot of faith in a lot of these guys and women, you know, that have come on and really the only one that really impressed me was Joe Kent, you know, in the long run. Everybody else has just been a wash or a complete disaster, just a lying piece of shit. What about you, T?
As we discussed last night at dinner, I'm still trying to figure out what all of this means as someone who campaigned for Trump and told everybody Trump is the option to the unit party. You got Republicans, Democrats are on the same side, but Trump is not. He's on a different side, maybe even the public side. And then Trump, the last hope, winds up aligning with Chuck Schumer and just joins the Uniparty in the most obvious way. At that point, you have to ask yourself, is there a political solution to the problems that we have? I don't know the answer, but I'm starting to think maybe there isn't. I don't know. I feel as discouraged as you do, though. I don't articulate it quite as well and forcefully as you do, but I kind of feel that way.
So... I'm interviewing you. So let me ask you, you're out of politics. So where does that leave you? What matters? What takes its place?
I think, I mean, just, I'm not sure yet. I'm still, you know, we talked last night. I'm kind of going through, not kind of, I'm going through a crazy spiritual transformation right now. And I think God needs to be highlighted and maybe some, and some good stuff. I mean, nobody's, I mean, just you can't put faith in in man at all and it's kind of sad to watch everybody scurrying around trying to find the next guy and and who's it gonna be and and and you can already see people just like blindly like putting their faith into another human being and it's sad and and
