Shreyas Karnad is a running coach. He was one of the first guests on the podcast. In the 3rd episode of this podcast, he shared his endurance and weight-loss journey of going from 120kgs to 60kgs and from 5 hours to sub 3 hour marathon. That is quite an inspiring journey.
