Marko Verkic was playing in the top tier of German soccer on the under-19 team and the Croatian national U19 team. But with a baby on the way becoming a full-time professional wasn't in the cards. So with no money and no plan, he had to make something work. That's when he went down the real estate path. Now he has a real estate investment company, brokerage, and growing team based out of Frankfurt, Germany.
