Sasha Cucuz is the CEO of Greybrook Securities Inc., one of the largest residential real estate investors in Canada, and along with his partners, Sasha is responsible for leading the firm’s capital markets and real estate investment strategies. Craig Race is a Greater Toronto Area architect who has worked on the "missing middle" housing gap both by helping create Toronto by-laws to encourage laneway housing, and by designing wonderful multi-unit dwellings on single lots.
