Individuated is when you start to question norms of society and you are compelled to seek out answers outside what you were told. it can be a lonesome path without security around you. When integrated in this stage you can go against the system in a way that changes the system and the rights of underprivileged actually changes and it becomes the new norm inside consensus (e.g. womens right to vote, legalise gay marriage, don't beat children! and other social issues that are now "but of course!" but individuated people influenced the consensus people to make it obvious) The spiritual stage, where the need is to commit to a higher truth, orient to the collective in a holistic way. The feeling is that you are connected to all life- to nature, animals and the universe. You are motivated by divine principles and spiritual insights in the way you choose and live your life. You learn true surrender, as you follow one or more spiritual teachers where there can be blissful experience and inner freedom, but also tough lessons of compassion for others.
