Uh those words have also become associated, thanks to a lot of conspiracies that are supposed to lead to a secretive group of satanic pedophiles being nothing but smoke, but no actual fire, with wack-adoodle lunatics who spend their days in weird obscure corners of the whip. And occasionally what is discussed in those weird, generally pretty obscure corners, makes its way into the real world. This is exactly what happened during 2016's Pizzagate, a topic I covered back in December of 2017, uh when people worried that Hillary Clinton and other prominent Democrats were running a satanic pedophile ring out of the basement of a Washington, DC pizzeria.

Uh they used various social media platforms, especially Twitter, to make unfounded and untrue but still viral allegations. Pizzagates' entire argument was based in debunked lies, first posted by an account at David Goldberg, New York on Twitter, now thought to be a bot account. And his lies were then spread mainly by other bot accounts, Russian bot accounts, in an attempt to sow division leading up to the 2016 presidential election, and it worked. Trump's man crush Putin doing the same kind of shit back then that he is still doing now. The dark claims of Pizzagate would later find new life under the wider, holy hot, steaming pile of dumb shit, brain dead QAnon conspiracy umbrella in a subsection of that conspiracy known as Petogate.
And these and other nonsense conspiracy claims have had real world consequences, not only in politics, but in everyday life. In June of 2018, a group calling itself Veterans on Patrol stumbled onto an apparent homeless encampment in Tucson, Arizona, helped along by social media, and with signal boots from junk sites such as BigLeaguePolitics.com and conspiratorial sites like the Free Thought Project.com. The group claimed they found a site used by satanic globalist child sex traffickers. Before long, Semex, the Mexican owned cement company. whose property the camp happened to be on, was accused of being involved in a non existent pedophile ring. Uh in the end, of course, police found no evidence that the location was ever used for any nefarious activity.
Then in August of 2018, both Portland's Voodoo Donuts and Toronto, Canada's Sweet Jesus ice cream shop, they were targeted by internet instigators who accused the businesses of housing satanic pedophile rings. Why? Probably because both are very irreverent towards Christianity. I mean, one is using Jesus' name to sell ice cream. Uh the other openly proclaims some sort of sugary association with voodoo. That kind of shit scares uh frankly the dumbest people in society. Uh there was a bookstore not far from Court d'Alene. I met the owner and she talked to me about how because they had a pride sticker in the window and also sold tarot cards, they got numerous death threats from local Christian extremists.
Uh credible enough death threats to get the police heavily involved. Law enforcement, of course, found no connection between Sweet Jesus ice cream and voodoo donuts, just like there was no fucking connection between any kind of satanic shit and this bookstore not far from here. Uh there was no connections to globalist satanic pedophile rings. Uh of course they didn't find uh a connection between these places and and satanic pedophile rings. So are satanic pedophile rings a myth? Uh I can't say no with a hundred percent certainty, because I don't know literally everything going on in the world and everything that has ever gone on in the world. Uh child exploitation is certainly not a myth. Uh international underage sex trafficking.
