Are negative stories in your head preventing you from your creative potential?

Part of being the best artist you can be and the longevity of your creativity, is to practice self-awareness. Being creative, especially if you are doing it professionally isn’t always smooth sailing and comes with its own challenges. In fact, to embark on a creative journey requires courage and perseverance. Because with all the beautiful creations you create, comes self-doubt, insecurities, disappointments and vulnerabilities. But what can make it unnecessarily harder on yourself is believing the stories that run through your head regarding your creativity, art and yourself as an artist. Be very careful of the trickster or the ego.
