I want to skip us forward, because I know that took up a lot of kind of that over Christmas and then early 2019. But then police kind of announced, which wasn't huge news to the mums, but it was confirmation at least, that Micah and Bailey's disappearances were linked. But they also stated that James's wasn't.
So that wasn't news to you, was it? But I guess it was confirmation from authorities. Yes, to me the announcement was significant because typically the Bakersfield Police Department, they typically just didn't comment on cases that were...
That were open, right? So it was sort of like, okay, wait. And of course, at that point, it had been quite some time that myself and the moms had been saying to this police department, are the cases connected? You know, what can you tell us about that? And they wouldn't comment on it. But then suddenly...
Unprompted they made this announcement. So it was just sort of unusual, I guess you could say. I was very curious as to why they were choosing to do it. Yeah, it was interesting. 2019 is when you left Bakersfield.
