The truth about big friend groups and why I think the best people have less friends. In today's episode, I talk about the misconception that people with little to no friends are bad and don't know how to maintain healthy friendships. I strongly believe a big reason why people struggle to maintain friendships is because they don't allow their friends to walk all over them. These people would rather stick up for themselves and risk losing those friends than stay in friendships with people who don't respect them. I also talk about my experience in and out of a large friend group and why I think these types of friendships can bring out the worst in people.
