Hey there, fine folks. It's time for the next installment of The Dresden Files, and I'm here to tell you that Harry isn't ready, and neither is RoShawn. Let's have a moment of silence for Bock, who only just got done telling Harry that he causes too much trouble and had better not come back to the store anymore when Harry starts causing trouble again. Well, that's not really fair; it's Alicia AKA the Corpsetaker that really causes the trouble here, but shit starts to get messy once Harry decides to step in. For fuck's sake, he sends a ghoul flying through a wall and right across the street into the facing building. Harry only just manages to get out of this scrape thanks to John Marcone swooping in with Ms. Gard and saving his ass, but it's not going to come without a price. Marcone tells Harry that the pool of cold energy he felt on Wacker was the result of something happening to one of his associates, and he needs Harry to look into it.
