This is an iHeart Podcast. Guaranteed human.
There was no anything inside those eyes. They turned black. It scared the hell out of me. Evil, wake up. I'm the one that saw the murder take place by Krivak and DePippo.
Anthony DePippo showed no signs of remorse, appearing unfazed after being sentenced to the maximum.
I said I'm not guilty. I'll take it to the grave. Listen to The Devil's Quarry in the Bone Valley feed on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

Most people out here think that taking care of one another is important. And most people would step up for a neighbor going through a tough time. Most people around here help out friends and family when they need it. But the funny thing is, most of us won't look for help when we need it. talk to someone if you're struggling with mental health, because most people out here really care.

Chapter 3: How do Lala and Amber co-parent their kids?
Brought to you by the Huntsman Mental Health Institute and the Ad Council. Hello, gorgeous. It's Lala Kent. Welcome to Untraditionally Lala. Hello, Gorge. Lala Kent here. We are bonusing our little hearts out. I did a Q&A for you guys, and you asked some amazing questions. A lot of questions about Jasmine's wedding and why I wasn't there and why Easton and my mom don't recap the episodes.
But first I want to acknowledge this one. Joe Meany underscore asks me, what's the cheese routine looking like these days? Gouda and crackers still, caragold for the win. So I've actually, I'm a weirdo. I go through phases. It was like cheese and crackers in the bed for like months on end. And I haven't done it in so long. But I do cheese and crackers on the couch now, like a civilized human. No.
And I'm very, very into a pack of Sargento, either Havarti or I do love my Gouda, with like a Ritz cracker. That's my go-to.
Chapter 4: What experiences shaped Lala's views on sobriety?
Robertson B2 says, how do you and Amber co-parent each other's kids? I actually love this question. So... She FaceTimes with her kids a lot, a lot, a lot, like multiple times a day when she's in town or when we're together. And there are times where, you know, her kids are older and they're going through just the spirals that happen when you're a teenager and we'll sit on the phone with them.
And if, you know, London is feeling anxious because she's kind of like me and Amber and just an anxious human by nature. So with London, if she's going through panic, I will step in with Amber and we'll both be on the FaceTime like this. And I'm like, okay, let's pinpoint what's giving you anxiety. Okay, do we feel like we need to do that? Is that like something we need to do?
And if London's like, I feel like I need to do it, but I'm so scared. And I was like, then we come up with a game plan. Like, okay, we're gonna take it step-by-step. You're gonna get there and you're gonna stay in the moment. If you're feeling anxious, you're gonna have your phone with you. You can call your mom. You're never stuck anywhere. Like moments like that, we co-parent.
Then there's Riley and she goes toes.
Chapter 5: How does Lala navigate her dating life now?
There are times where her mom will be talking to her and I'll step in and be like, Riley, listen to me. This person sounds crazy. I get it. But you got to disengage now. This is what you're going to write back and like leave it alone. So that's kind of how we co-parent. And Ocean's just a little bit chiller.
Our co-parenting with Ocean is like, I wake up early and I'm dealing with Sosa and Amber will be upstairs doing Ocean's hair and like getting her out the door for school. Or I'll be throwing Ocean's shoes on and Amber's in there like putting the lunch in the backpack, getting the water bottle filled up. Or hanging out with Sosa.
Or takes care of Sosa while I get in the car and take Ocean to school. Like it's a very, we just do it. It's like a, you know, it takes a village. It's a village over here. Tate Lynn with three N's says, what's something you're most proud of that never made it onto TV? Honestly, I would say my sobriety. I don't feel like they ever have been able to really cover it.
Here's the thing, the rock and the hard spot, because yes, they'd want to cover it. And even if you say you can, you still feel because it's an anonymous thing. So a lot of people kind of respect that.
Chapter 6: What lessons did Lala learn from past relationships?
Even if you're like, come and follow me, they're like, we would love to, but you're going to see other people who are anonymous and now you're putting other people. So it's very hard. So I agree with you that they haven't shown it. They haven't shown it because they haven't been able to. They're like, can we film you with your sponsor? I'm like, absolutely not.
That's the work that I do behind closed doors. Can we film you in a therapy session? No, because in real life, I wouldn't bring a friend to my therapy session, let alone an entire camera crew to then air it on TV. So that's not happening.
But I mean, even when they ask me about my day-to-day with sobriety, it's just never quite made the cut until this season where my seven-year sobriety birthday actually happened during filming because we used to film the other show during the summertime. So...
Things didn't really, like I didn't have a birthday, a sober birthday on camera, but this season they do get to capture that a little bit more. This person, this was such an interesting question to me because I like it, but I don't understand it. Rebecca Carlton 52. Why do you always pout your lips? Why? I didn't realize that I was doing that. No, me, not you. Like this?
Chapter 7: How does Lala feel about her past actions on social media?
I think I go like this a lot. I think you do too. You do. I do it when I'm pissed off. When someone says something that I'm not quite sure about that I find is bullshit or when I'm listening intently, I tend to purse. Yeah, you do it a lot. I will say even when we're just at like lunch, I'll look over and you're doing it. Deep in thought. That's what it is.
I'm a thinker by nature and my face shows it. Like most people have a lot on their minds all the time, right? It's just human nature. We're all thinking we have access to a lot of shit. I want everybody to pucker your lips like law does and even start thinking because it really is a different mindset. It's like all the things I've done wrong in my life.
No, but Easton, my mom will look at me and go, what are you thinking about? I'm like, you can tell that I'm thinking about something right now.
It's like, well.
Fucking very apparent. We'll be in the car and she's just stewing in the side and I go, what are you thinking about?

Chapter 8: What is Lala's perspective on having pets in her life?
How could you tell? How could you not? There was this guy that I used to date and he always knew when I was livid because he'd go, oh my God, the lips, the lips are happening. And I'm like, yeah, I'm really fucking annoyed right now because immediately it's, pursing of the lips. That's why I pucker. That's why I'm puckering, baby. Calit323, the regrets BJs for PJs?
Will you encourage Ocean to do BJs for PJs? I find this to be kind of a dumb question because I don't know of any mother who would encourage their daughter to give PJs for PJs. I don't think my mom was encouraging. What happens is your daughter lives her own life and does it. I mean, I have a feeling. No, we don't want that.
No, but I have a feeling that Ocean is going to say a lot of things because life makes you get older and you have no control over what your kids say or do. Let me be very clear. During that time when I was saying BJs for PJs, I was being called. Yes, I was drinking. I was also very young and I was being called a lot of names. So if you can't beat them, join them.
So I just started saying things to kind of get under people's skin. You know, people were mad that I had my bum as my profile picture. So what did I do? I decided to wear thong underwear or bikinis to the beach like that. Now I'm just feeding into this. Everyone was like, you're sucking dick for this.
And it's like, let's, let's remember, like I wasn't doing that for things like this person was my boyfriend who went on to be my fiance, who then went on to be the father of my child. I, you wouldn't take it as far as let me have a child because the BJs for the PJ wasn't enough. No, I was just feeding into what was being said about me.
I was like, well, if you guys want to be assholes, then I'm going to make jokes and really like, I'm really going to give you, you want to talk about, I'm going to give you fucking something to talk about. Blowjobs for private jets. Yay. It was just me trying to be annoying and get under people's skin. Now, would I operate that way now? No, because I'm not 24 years old and I'm not drinking.
I'm a grown ass woman. I still crack very inappropriate jokes sometimes because I'm immature at times. I feel like I'm 20. Yes. And sometimes I like to say things to have, to see the look on people's faces, like the shock. Do you ever go out with somebody and they're like our age and you try to make jokes and they're like, you're like, Whoa, fuck off. I don't want to be hanging out with you.
I know we're adults now. It's like, I promise you, we have a long time to be adults. I'm going to be a kid right now at 33. I'm going to be a kid for my whole life.
Yeah.
