Imposter syndrome is loosely defined as doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud. Over the last few weeks, I have been battling with my own body image struggles, and hiding from the scale/ mirror terrified of what's in front of me. There have been late nights of "binge-like" thoughts running through my mind, thoughts of self-sabotage; but I will not give up on myself.
